When will I receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, it will take 1- 5 business days to process before it ships out. We ship Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Visit our Ordering or Shipping page for more information.
Please note, during high volume times such as holidays and special sales, there may be a slight delay in order processing. Your business is important to us, and we’ll make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over HKD$1000.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer any expedited shipping. Still, we’ll make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
Where do you ship?
We only ship to Hong Kong currently.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs are based on your chosen method. Total shipping charges will not be displayed upon order completion but collected by your chosen shipping company. Visit our Shipping page for more information.
Can I update shipping information after I place an order?
Please contact us immediately. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. However, you may choose to contact the shipping companies for any changes.
I'm trying to place an order but it's not going through, why?
Check to verify that your address and payment information are correct. Please note, your shipping address and credit card address must match.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We currently do not accept changes or cancellation to orders. Please make sure you select the correct products, and the quantity, color, or size of the products.
Some products that I like are not available, will it come in stock?
Unfortunately, we don't know ahead of time if items will be in stock online but we do add new items almost every day.
I am not sure how something will fit, feel or look?
Do not hesitate to chat with us! It is our pleasure to give more information on our clothes. You may also take a look at the size measurement for checking.
When do I get charged for my order?
If you use credit card, you will be charged immediately once you have placed your order. Please also note that you are required to complete the payment in TWO days if you have selected Bank Transfer or Faster Payment System (FPS) as your payment method or your order will be cancelled automatically.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your shipment is confirmed, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for our carriers to update your information into their system.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you are missing an item, or have received an incorrect item, please let us know immediately. You have 3 days to report any problems with your order.
