Placing an Order

After you have added an item to your bag, you can review your selections and remove items before proceeding to checkout. At checkout, once you select your shipping methods you will be asked to enter your shipping address. You can also create an account that will save your information for future purchases. Review your information and your total before placing your order. Once your order is placed, you will get a page with the confirmation number on it and a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided.

     Pre-order Items

To ensure the quality and to enhance the efficiency of our services, currently there will not be any pre-order items on this website. However, we are still accepting preorders through Instagram. Please stay tuned to our highlights or stories.


Viewing Orders

When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please check the status from S.F. Express or according to your chosen shipping method. 


Changes to an Order

We currently do not accept changes or cancellation to orders. Please make sure you select the correct products, and the quantity, color, or size of the products.

 

Out of Stocks Items

If you ordered an item that went out of stock, you will be refunded once the rest of your order has shipped. While we do our best, this does occasionally happen.

 

Problems with Orders

If you are missing an item, or have received an incorrect item, please let us know immediately. You have 3 days to report any problems with your order.
